In Labytnangah have opened memory Avenue

In the city of Labytnangi there will be a new avenue. Deputies of the Municipal duma the decision on assignment to it of the name is accepted: «Avenue of memory of participants of military conflicts».

The background of acceptance of this important decision is that: to the chairman of the Municipal duma Nikolay Pivovarovu the initiative group from among pupils and workers of Labytnangsky professional school with the petition for assignment to the avenue located at a building of educational institution, a name of one of its graduates — Oleg Krjachkova has addressed. Together with the colleagues it resisted to gangster formations in the Chechen Republic and heroically was lost in one of fights. Now on a building of school in honor of the hero the memorial board is established. Annually young cadets, soldiers-internationalists, participants of the Great Patriotic War, representatives of public associations, a military registration and enlistment office here come to memory of Oleg Krjachkove and other lost children, a city management.

The arrived offer has been discussed at joint session of the constant commissions of the Municipal duma. For more detailed study of a question have jointly made the decision on creation of working group from among deputies, representatives of managements of town-planning and land tenure, culture, Labytnangsky city branch of Yamal-Nenets district public organization «Union of veterans of Afghanistan». As a result of discussions members of working group have come to the general opinion: to name avenue so that to pay a tribute of respect to all participants of operations in the North Caucasus and in Afghanistan, to immortalize memory of Oleg Krjachkove, of Vladimir Orla's feat which served the Fatherland in far Afghanistan and too hasn't returned from fight. This opinion has been unanimously supported by deputies at last session of the Municipal duma.

The avenue of memory of participants of military conflicts will be located about Department of military commissariat YANAO on the city of Labytnangi.
