Safety on roads – a priority

The breakdown susceptibility condition on roads to last days became hardly probable not most discussed theme. The question is heard at session of the commission on traffic safety, at Municipal duma session, on the commission on preventive maintenance of offenses. The city television has devoted to this theme the separate program with participation of the chief of department of traffic police Gennady Galynsky. Such attention to a breakdown susceptibility problem isn't casual. For August and the beginning of September indicators on breakdown susceptibility have blocked all statistics from the beginning of year. During this period there were 10 road accidents in which two persons was lost, 17 is injured. For seven months of current year 8 road accidents in which 1 person was lost have been registered, 7 is injured. In total from the beginning of year 380 road and transport incidents are registered. By road accident kinds: on the first place — collisions, on the second — arrival on a standing vehicle. With a view of increase of safety of portly movement by employees of traffic police it is spent about 40 road actions. 14 centers of breakdown susceptibility are revealed. For the purpose of their liquidation routes of patrol of traffic police squads are processed, their disposition is approached to under abnormal condition-dangerous sites. On the breakdown susceptibility centers every fourth of total is stopped more than four thousand infringements, practically. And the total of administrative offenses in the field of safety of traffic shocks — for 8 months — 16,5 thousand. It is revealed about two hundred drivers with intoxication signs. Most often meeting infringement — excess of speed — without small 5,5 thousand, almost one and a half thousand from them is fixed by tracking cameras. For 8 months on participants of movement it is imposed administrative penalties for the sum more than 3,5 million rbl.

Doesn't promote improvement of a situation with breakdown susceptibility on roads and a condition of these roads. 27 road accidents were the result of unsatisfactory road conditions (16 of them because of presence of snow shaft). The question on carrying out of actions for operating repair became expensive also a point of issue on the commission on safety of traffic and at Municipal duma session. By experts of management of the uniform customer it is noticed that this year amounts of works on repair and the maintenance of roads are considerable: repair and repair intraquarter, repair of sites with a continuous asphalt covering and repair of sites with procorfs, road asphalting on a new bus route, expansion and alignment of a road cloth, arrangement of drainage constructions, installation of an onboard stone, marking drawing, updating of traffic signs, replacement of foot traffic lights. By each kind of works indicators are presented in absolute figures and in roubles. And, practically, by each kind default, infringement of terms, backlog from the schedule is observed. Experts of management especially underline that for default of conditions of the municipal contract of contract organization instructions stand out, penal sanctions are inflicted, marriage isn't accepted, alteration is carried out at the expense of enterprise means. Head Jamalgazspetsstroja on commission session wasn't. For this reason committee-men don't remove a question on a road condition from the agenda and intend at following session again to it to return.
