The Yamal drugstore is fined on 700 thousand for overestimate of the prices for medicines

Employees Yamal-Nenets UFAS have imposed Russia on Open Company "Pharmacy" (city of Muravlenko) for retail extra charges to 80 % on medical products. Also the director of the company is fined, press-service UFAS informs.

By results of monitoring, overestimate of limiting retail extra charges on medical products has been revealed. Overestimate of the trading retail extra charge on medical products has made from 39 to 80 %.

The commission Yamal-Nenets UFAS Russia recognised Open Company "Pharmacy" broken point 10 of a part of 1 article 10 of the Law on competition protection, regarding infringement of governor JANAO established by the decision, a pricing order at realisation of medical products to consumers in geographical borders of a city.

The given infringement involves administrative responsibility legal and officials.

For overestimate of the prices regulated by the state on the medical products, 1 articles 14.6 of KoAp provided by a part, the head Yamal-Nenets UFAS Oleg Pecherin has decided Russia to impose administrative penalties: on the legal body — Open Company "Pharmacy" of Muravlenko — 701 280 roubles; on the director of a society — 20 000 roubles.
