On Yamal voluntary fire teams are created

On the statistican, any country in the world doesn't presume to itself the organization of professional fire service in each settlement. Development of voluntary fire protection can become a solution of a problem. Today the bill «About voluntary fire protection» in which the form of its organization, stimulation and social security is defined is actively discussed.

The minister of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia Sergey Shojgu has charged to experts of the Ministry in civil defense affairs, emergency situations and liquidation of consequences of acts of nature to develop organizational-legal and economic mechanisms of realization of the Federal law «About voluntary fire protection». According to this law members of voluntary fire-saving formations will be trained in bases of fire-saving business in educational institutions and the educational centers of Russia; for them conditions for performance of duty and material stimulation of activity on suppression of fires will be created. Samples of a battle-order will be developed for staff of divisions of voluntary fire protection. For voluntary firemen, rescuers and volunteers clubs will be created. In this sphere it is planned to involve the student's organizations.

The concept «Developments of rescue and fire-prevention formations in Yamal-Nenets autonomous region for 2008-2010 and the next years» provides that in settlements where divisions of fire protection are absent or have small number, teams and commands ДПО will be organized at direct participation of the population. Standard legal certificates of municipal unions of autonomous region are already created 19 voluntary fire teams by an aggregate number of 109 persons in rural settlements of Shuryshkarsky, Priuralsky, Purovsky, Nadym and Krasnoselkupsky areas and in settlement Pelvozh of municipal union the city of Salekhard.
