Yamal prepares for carrying out snowmobile run «the Siberian extreme 2011».

According to employees of department on tourism YANAO, preparation for carrying out snowmobile run «the Siberian extreme 2011» has begun. Tourist action this year organizers have devoted popularizations of extreme tourism at polar widths and propagation of a healthy way of life.

The route on snowmobiles will pass from March, 25th till April, 2nd. Start snowmobile is planned from Tarko-fat, finish – in New Urengoe. The general extent of a line will make 1030 km on snow-covered forest-tundra of Purovsky, Krasnoselkupsky and Tazovsky areas. It is planned that participation in run will be accepted by 35-40 persons – now the list of participants is formed. The run program is calculated for a week and provides following reference points of a route: Tarko-fat – settlement Krasnoselkup – base of rest of "Mangazeja" - settlement Tazovsky – settlement Jurharovo – New Urengoj.

Let's add that it is the fourth snowmobile run which is spent in Yamal-Nenets autonomous region.
