New opportunities for reindeer breeders of the Cisural area are opened by building

On a trading station Payuta of the Cisural area has to earn a lethal processing complex on full capacity already in the third quarter 2013. Full capacity is a processing of 100 heads in change. Builders came to object last summer, today already finish installation of engineering communications. The complex consists of the building of lethal shop, total, administrative and household the area from a dining room for workers and the reindeer breeders coming on a trading station, the refrigerating office calculated on hundred tons of meat. Here the shelter for cattle, platforms for storage and warehousing of containers. Reliable work of a complex and observance of sanitary standards and safety requirements will be provided by diesel power plant, the tank for water, fire-prevention installation.

Basis for a complex – the Finnish modular project. The Uralsevergaz-proyekt institute was engaged in its adaptation and a binding to local conditions, and also design of the special refrigerator storage. The project is distinguished by high ergonomics: the refrigerator adjoins the building of a lethal complex; the deer shelter is connected to the main production building a platform and an automatic stage for lifting of animals. All production cycle is most mechanized.

At a construction of a complex are used a sandwich elements which have the certificate of hygienic compliance of scientific research institute of the food industry, they are distinguished by high durability and thermal insulation. It is remarkable that each module of a complex, besides the basic purpose, can be used for performance of other production tasks. It gives the chance of it to rational and effective operation during the whole year, including, during the period between seasons of a face of deer.

Today the main amounts of works on construction are executed. There is an installation and commissioning of the line of external lighting, video surveillance and the fire alarm system.
