In Labytnangah changes in the Charter have come into force

In Labytnangah changes in the city Charter have come into force. One of them — renaming of local governments. The mayor henceforth is called as the chairman of the Municipal duma. We will remind, powers of the chairman of a representative city haven't changed. Change of an order of formation of city election committees became other innovation of the Charter. In particular, cases when powers of municipal electoral committee are assigned to territorial election committee under the decision of electoral committee of Yamal-Nenets autonomous region are provided. Besides, now in the Charter it is registered that the election committee doesn't possess the rights of the legal person. The decision on liquidation of election committee of municipal union, as legal person today has come into force.
